Terms of Service

The conditions that apply when hiring Datatic's services or using this website.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By hiring Datatic's services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site or hire our services.

2. Services

Datatic provides custom software development services, including web systems, CRMs, SaaS platforms, and API integrations. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each project are defined in a specific quote or contract, which prevails over these general terms in case of conflict.

3. Quotes and payments

Quotes issued through the site are proposals subject to confirmation and do not constitute a contract until accepted by both parties. Payment terms (deposits, partial payments, payment method) are agreed in writing before starting each project.

4. Ownership of code and deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once a project is paid in full, the source code and deliverables developed specifically for the client belong to the client. Datatic retains the right to reuse generic, non-exclusive knowledge and components (proprietary libraries, architecture patterns) in future projects.

5. User accounts

Some site features (courses, memberships, support tickets) require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

6. Courses and memberships

Access to paid courses and membership content is subject to your subscription or purchase remaining active. Datatic may update course content; substantial changes that reduce the value of purchased content will be communicated to active subscribers.

7. Limitation of liability

Datatic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the systems developed, except as expressly agreed in the corresponding service contract.

8. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the corresponding update date.

9. Contact
